Purpose and acceptance
This legal notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website artheon.es (hereinafter, “the website”), through which Artheon presents its activity as an art promoter: representing artists, organising exhibitions and advising collectors and institutions.
Accessing the website makes you a user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice, in the privacy policy and in the cookie policy, in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the website.
Artheon may modify the presentation, configuration and content of the website, as well as the conditions of access, at any time, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
Terms of use
Users undertake to make diligent, proper and lawful use of the website and its content, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this legal notice. In particular, users undertake not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to this legal notice, or in any way that may harm the rights and interests of Artheon, its artists or third parties.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate or transform the content, especially the images of the works, except where expressly authorised.
- Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other systems that may damage the systems of Artheon or third parties.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the website (such as the management panel) or the computer systems that support it, or extract its content by automated means without authorisation.
- Impersonate another person or provide false information through the contact form.
Artheon reserves the right to prevent or restrict access to the website for anyone who breaches these terms.
Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the website —texts, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks, photographs and other elements— is owned by Artheon or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
The reproductions of artworks shown on the website belong to their respective authors, who retain all their rights. Artheon publishes them with the artists' authorisation and for the sole purpose of making their work known. Their reproduction, download, distribution or transformation, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder.
Access to the website does not under any circumstances imply the assignment, waiver or licensing of these rights. The names “Artheon”, “Artheon Gallery” and “Artheon Arte Cultura”, as well as their logos, are distinctive signs of Artheon and may not be used without its consent.
If you believe that any content on the website infringes your intellectual property rights, you can let us know at danielmartin@artheon.es.
Information on works, prices and availability
The information published about the works (titles, techniques, dimensions, dates, prices and availability) is for information purposes and is updated as diligently as possible, but it may contain typographical errors or be subject to change without notice. Photographic reproductions are indicative: the colour, texture and finish of each work may vary depending on the screen.
The website does not allow works to be purchased online. Any prices shown do not constitute a binding contractual offer: any acquisition, reservation or commission is arranged individually and in writing with Artheon, once the availability of the work and the terms of sale, delivery and transport have been confirmed. Every work is delivered with its certificate of authenticity.
Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites (artists, institutions, media). Artheon does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, operation or privacy policies; including a link does not imply any relationship, endorsement or recommendation.
Linking to the home page of the website is permitted provided it is done fairly, without false or inaccurate statements about Artheon and without reproducing its content through frames or other techniques that conceal its origin.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Artheon takes reasonable measures to ensure that the website works properly, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or harmful elements, nor the permanent availability of the service. It will not be liable for damage arising from failures or disconnections of telecommunications networks, from the actions of third parties or from the use users make of the information on the website.
Artheon reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or improvements.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under Spanish law; if the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence will be competent.
If any clause of this legal notice is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain valid.
Changes
Artheon may modify this legal notice to adapt it to new legislation or case law, or to changes in its activity. The version in force will always be the one published on the website, indicating the date it was last updated (19 October 2026). We recommend that you consult it regularly.
