01The work
In “White Bull”, Rafael Heredia Cuevas takes on one of the most deeply rooted figures in the imagination of the Iberian Peninsula and the Mediterranean.
The bull is reduced to an essential form of great balance and presence, in which the animal's strength is expressed through restrained volumes and a clean silhouette. The artist once again shows his ability to simplify without losing character, bringing the figure to a serene and recognisable expression. The white lacquered stoneware adds luminosity and lets light travel across the surface, highlighting every curve and reinforcing the purity of the whole.
Acquiring “White Bull” means adding a unique work that unites cultural identity and contemporary language. At 28 × 28 cm it fits easily into private interiors, studies or professional spaces, where it brings a singular sculptural presence and a direct reference to an ancestral icon deeply linked to Iberia. A piece conceived for those who value art with character, formal simplicity and the symbolic strength of a figure that Rafael Heredia Cuevas has made his own.
